New Pharmacy Plan
for Health & Welfare Fund
The Board of Trustees is
pleased to announce a new prescription drug plan for you and your eligible
dependents to use beginning October 1, 2008. (You must be eligible
for benefits in the Health & Welfare Fund, and not enrolled in an HMO or in Plan
“M”.)
CVS Caremark
will administer the prescription benefit portion of the new program for
the Operating Engineers Health & Welfare Fund, Local 12, beginning
October 1, 2008. This program
will replace National Medical Health Card (NMHC). Your new program will be a
convenient, easy-to-use, and cost-effective way to buy medicines.
