To locate an Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider in Nevada, please visit the Anthem website provided below & follow these instructions. 1. To begin, please visit www.anthem.com.
2. Select the "Find a Doctor" option

Choose the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Directory for Nevada.

Do not choose the "National Directory" option.
4. Select "Next" at the bottom of the page
5. Under "Select a Plan", choose "PPO"
6. Under "Select Provider Type", choose the type of provider you are seeking from the drop-down menu.
7. Select your "Provider Specialty" from the drop-down menu and follow the remaining instructions.

3. On the "Search for a Provider" page, choose the link for "Local California Providers".
4. Conduct your search under the "New Member & Visitor Search" option and click "Next".
5. Under "Select the Type of Plan You are Seeking", choose "Large Group"
6. Under "Select a Plan", choose "Blue Cross PPO (Prudent Buyer)"
7. Follow the remaining instructions to select your Provider type
and your Provider Specialty from the drop-down menus.
