Update Regarding Pomona Valley Hospital

Contract Terminates between Anthem Blue Cross and
Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center  

Participants who utilize the Anthem Blue Cross network through the Health & Welfare Fund will not be able to receive care at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center following a break between the hospital and Blue Cross.

The hospital set up a "Let Us Help You" phone line open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The line is staffed by people trained in insurance benefits and in admissions area who are prepared to tell members what, if any, out-of-pocket costs they may be charged should they want to receive care at the hospital.
